The organization member report is a two-step process that runs in the background once a day.  The first step pulls in information about the member and their profile details.  The second step runs a routine to decrypt the answers and scores to their most recent completed assessment.  If the entire report has blank or missing data in the columns for assessment questions or if ALL scores are “0” then it is recommended to check back later in the day as the second step of generating the report may still be pending.  This two-step process is in place for the protection of the member data and for the best optimization of the users experience on the server.  If you have questions or require a report generated more immediately you can
